Mother of Pearl is German band from Göppingen, that decided to cover the song "Colors" from the Black Pumas. Together Manu, Peter and Alejandro made an acoustic version taking the Bluesy sound of Eric Burton and Adrian Quesada, and giving it another perspective. Lenny, notices immediately the Americana resemblance and tells us about where in the USA, has a stronger presence.
In 2016 the band Mother of Pearl was founded. After more than 10 years blues band it was time for change.from the original blues band of that time singer Manu bilac and her guitarist at that time founded the new formation with many guest musicians from different areas. Since 2017 Pete Engelhardt is a permanent member and the new guitarist of the band. They focus on the genre "Music Americana ". Roots Music with influences of blues,soul, rock n roll and folk. Music for all homeless roots musicians.
Mother of pearl has recently added a third member - bassist Alejandro Hilton who completes the band.

Mother of Pearl es una banda alemana de Göppingen, que decidió hacer un cover de la canción "Colors" de los Black Pumas. Juntos Manu, Peter y Alejandro hicieron una versión acústica tomando el sonido Bluesy de Eric Burton y Adrian Quesada, y dándole otra perspectiva. Lenny, se da cuenta de inmediato del parecido americano y nos dice en qué parte de los EE. UU. Tiene una presencia más fuerte.
En 2016 se fundó la banda Mother of Pearl. Luego de más de 10 años de banda de blues llegó el momento de cambiar. De la banda de blues original de esa época la cantante Manu Bilac y su guitarrista en ese momento fundaron la nueva formación con muchos músicos invitados de diferentes áreas. Desde 2017 Pete Engelhardt es miembro permanente y el nuevo guitarrista de la banda. Se centran en el género "Music Americana". Música de raíces con influencias de blues, soul, rock n roll y folk. Música para todos los músicos de raíces sin hogar.
Mother of pearl ha agregado recientemente un tercer miembro: el bajista Alejandro Hilton, que completa la banda.
